Kundapur, October 10: A young boy accidentally slipped from a moving train and lost his life on Thursday night, October 9th.The incident took place near Mudlukatte in Kundapur taluk.
The deceased has been identified as 19-year-old Mohammed Salman, son of Abdul Razzak and Amin, residents of Bhatkal Badriya Colony in Bendekara. Salman was a 10th pass student and was working in Calicut.
Salman works for a garment showroom in Kerala and had returned to his native place few days ago. On Thursday October 9th, when he was travelling by the Matsyghanda train from Bhatkal to Kerala, he accidently slipped from train between 12am and 1am during midnight near Mudlukatte and sustained grave injuries on his head. He was immediately rushed to Government Hospital in Kundapur. He succumbed to injuries on Friday morning October 10th.
The autopsy was performed at Kundapur Government Hospital.
A case has been registered at Kundapur police station. He is survived by his parents and two brothers.
