Mangalore, September 29: People held two female thieves and handed them over to the Cops who flicked a gold chain from a girl child in a garment shop near Milagres, Hampankatta on Saturday, September 27th.
The culprit females attracted the girl child by showing some food items, post which they stole the chain. They tried to flee the spot. But when the baby started crying, girl’s mother inquired her and learnt that the chain went missing. The baby girl even pointed at the two lady robbers who snatched her chain.
Later the locals caught hold of the robbers and handed them over to the nearest police for investigation. After questioning, the Cops handed them over to the Bunder police station for further inquiry.
After probing, it is revealed that the thieves were attending random marriages in order to flick others valuables.
