Udupi, September 22: Unique way to raise funds worth over Rs one lakh was adopted by a youth to aid a newborn child towards the surgical expenses of its passive arm.
There are various ways to project humanity, if we have the generosity to help others. Here is seen a youth who dances in disguise posing an awesome cause. He is Ravi, a young man from Katapadi. By profession he carries on with Centring work. It is nearly a helper’s job. But his thoughts are great.
Recently in Udupi, a baby girl’s right-arm went passive since her birth. Huge amount was needed for the operation of the child’s arm. This youth on learning it, aided to the treatment of the baby by dancing in disguise as Fans Lamb-rent on the day of Asthami to raise funds. He has depicted his humanity by collecting and aiding a sum of 1lakh and 5 thousand rupees.
3 months ago by a woman named Mookambika from Udupi gave birth to a girl baby named Anvitha .Prior to this she had been admitted to the government hospital. The girl baby’s right arm became passive; since the delivery had not taken place in right-time and also due to the negligence which is a common fact in government hospital.
Seeing this news in paper Ravi and his 18 friends in the guise of Fans Lamb-rent on the day of Asthami and the next day; moved to different parts of Udupi, and collected Rs one lakh. When the money was handed over to the child’s mother; her eyes were moist with joy.
Ravi, a young man form Katapadi works as a helper. Since the past seven to eight years, he had practised in the guise during Asthami and other occasions. But this time, the crew went in guise for a unique cause, thereby contributing to the surgery of neonatal.
Certainly, Ravi and his friends are great, is not it?
