Mangalore, September 19: Malathi R Bhat from Mangalore Aakashavani has been felicitated with the PHD degree by the Dakshina Bahrat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Chennai; for her thesis work on “Hindi Radio Play” under the guidance of the principal Dr Madhavi S Bhandari of Shree Poorna Prajna Evening College in Udupi.
For the past quarter, she is working under the Hindi branch in Mangalore Aakashavani.
She is the daughter of Vedamurthy Pandelu ShankaraNarayana Bhat as well as the daughter-in-law of Narayana Bhat.
