London: To what extent can you go for a selfie? A woman who spent a massive $15k on plastic surgery so that she would look better in selfies, is content with what she sees now. Lavey went in for a plastic surgery purely to look good in her selfies.
38-year-old Triana Lavey was never satisfied with her “darn chin,” before she went under the knife, according to the Canadian Journal. But right after her surgery, Lavey’s confidence touched a different level. She’s now comfortable with posting selfies online.
Lavey told the Canadian Journal that she now has the face that she always thought she should have. “I look like myself, but Photoshopped.”
Lavey, who is the talent manager for the agency uFluencer Group, understands the power of perception. She states: “Your social media presence is just as important as your real-life presence. It’s a legitimate form of promoting yourself.”
“So instead of photoshopping my face before posting it, I Photoshopped it permanently,” she quipped.
