Siblings can give a real headache sometimes, but in this woman’s case, she had to get a surgery. 26-year-old Yamini Karanam who lives in Indiana in United States was having trouble paying attention and understanding things in everyday life.

According to Huffington Post, she sought out the help of Dr. Hrayr Shahinian, who is known for developing a minimally-invasive technique for removing tumors deep inside the brain.During Karanam’s surgery, Shahinian made a small incision into the brain, and then extended an endoscope to the site of the apparent tumor.

She light-heartedly called the tumor her “evil twin sister who’s been torturing me for the past 26 years.”

In 2008, a 30-year-old plumber in England was experiencing serious abdominal pain. When he stumbled into the doctor’s office bleeding from his belly button, his stomach ruptured and an embryonic twin came spilling out.
