Thiruvananthapuram: Six men suspected of being supporters of Islamic State have been detained in Kerala, according to reports.
The men were deported from UAE over their alleged links with the terror group. Two of the men were held at the Thiruvananthapuram airport and two from the Kozhikode airport. Another two were detained at Karipur International Airport in Calicut.
Kerala Police is ascertaining if the men had links with the ISIS or were merely supporting the group on social media. More details awaited.
