Kathmandu, April 25: Nepal has been struck by a massive earthquake measuring 7.9 on the richter scale. Thereafter, there have been 13 aftershocks which have caused a lot of damage to life and property.

Over 600 people have dead and the death toll expected to rise.

Meanwhile, India has kept its transport aircraft and C17 Globemaster, C-130 Hercules and helicopters on standby.
