Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s plane fails to take off, cops push it away for Kamal Nath’s aircraft

Chindwara: Several cops were seen pushing away Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s plane for about 15-20 feet at an airstrip here after it failed to take off, reports stated on Monday.

As per TV footage, till the runway was cleared, Congress leader Kamal Nath’s flight hovered in the air for 20 minutes.

Chouhan, had reportedly, visited here to inaugurate a college. Minutes later, Kamal Nath’s plane was expected to land here today but it got delayed.

Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) initiative ‘dial number to become member’ in the state kicked off in Indore today.

Earlier in the day, Shivraj Singh Chouhan had confirmed the same via Twitter.

“Looking forward to launch statewide ‘Maha Sadasyata Abhiyaan’ from Indore today. We are creating history. Join BJP,” Chouhan tweeted.

As per reports, BJP’s ultimate aim is to emerge as world’s largest political party by beating Communist Party of China.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was first to enroll through his mobile phone at the launch of BJP’s ‘Maha Sadasyata Abhiyan’ (mega membership drive) held in New Delhi last month.
