Mumbai: If our sources are to be believed, then Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif will tie the knot by the end of the year. In April this year, we had reported that contrary to rumours of family disapproval (from the Kapoor side), Kat in fact, was a visitor to the landmark RK bungalow in the Mumbai suburb of Chembur. The purpose of the visit, as we had reported then, was for her to be introduced to Ranbir’s grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor.
Now, B-town sources say that before the two actors jetted off to Cape Town for an upcoming schedule of Ranbir’s film Jagga Jassos, the Kapoor and Kaif families met to fix a date for the nuptials. The sources say that the wedding date is not too distant — and that the ceremony will be concluded before the end of 2014.
The reports seem credible, considering that Sussanne Roshan has been working on Ranbir’s new apartment — consulting extensively with Kat for the same. With approval from Ranbir’s beloved dadi and a spruced-up love nest ready for them, it does seem like the young couple is all set for a shaadi.
