Mumbai: Kareena Kapoor, Ileana D’Çruz, Anushka Sharma, Parineeti Chopra as well as Deepika Padukone have been suggested for the female lead of Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Bade Bhaiyya’ but the latest name that is doing the round is the ‘Rockstar’ actress ‘Nargis Fakhri.
“Lot of names were considered. Since the makers are looking for a relatively new face, they thought Nargis (Fakhri) is a good choice. But she is yet to give her nod to the filmmaker”, informs a source.
Nargis might not have a proved herself in her debut film ‘Rockstar’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor but she received good remarks for ‘Madras Cafe’.
Nargis is yet to read the script of ‘Bade Bhaiyya’ and it is sure that she is not going to turn down the film as working opposite a film with Salman Khan is a dream for many new comers as well as established actresses.
Well, it would be a treat to see a new female lead opposite Salman Khan. After a long time, Salman Khan is teaming up with Sooraj Barjatya.
