Mumbai: Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty are all set to make their big Bollywood debut in Nikhil Advani’s ‘Hero’. The film is the official remake of the 1993 blockbuster by the same name directed by Subhash Ghai.
With Salman Khan as their mentor, Athiya and Sooraj’s debut is highly anticipated. From making media appearances and even recording a song for the film, Salman is leaving no stone unturned for their launch.
According to media reports, the actor held the first trial screening of the film at his Panvel farmhouse on Tuesday evening. Salman reportedly wanted to havefamily and close friends to watch the first screening of the film in a warm homely environment.
The parents of both Sooraj and Athiya also joined the screening, and were overwhelmed by their children’s performance in the film. The film will hit screens this week on September 11.
