Kurnool police arrested Neethu Agarwal, heroine of the Telugu feature film “Prema Prayanam”, for her alleged involvement in red sanders smuggling on Sunday. Rudravaram police had registered a case against Neethu Agarwal on detecting that money was transferred from her bank account to red sander smugglers and froze the account.
She was said to be co-habiting with Chagalamarri mandal president and YSR Congress leader Mastan Vali, a lemon vendor turned red sander smuggler, who produced the film “Prema Prayanam” in which she played the female lead role. Vali was arrested recently.
