Mumbai: Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor who is gearing up for the release of her film ‘ABDC 2’ has been signed for the sequel of the hit film ‘Rock On’. The first film starred Farhan Akthar, Arjun Rampal and Prachi Desai.
Producer Ritesh Sidwani confirmed the news in a tweet. He posted, “@ShraddhaKapoor welcome aboard to Rock N Roll… #Rockon2#RockOn2… Prachi Desai plays an important part and it’s not a special appearance.”
The project will be helmed by debutant director Shujaat Saudagar. Shraddha, who lent her vocals for the track ‘Galliyan’ in ‘Ek Villain and also sang a folk song in ‘Haider’ is most likely to sing again for this project.
