Mumbai: Varun Dhawan is a man torn by the memories of his dead wife and son in the ‘Badlapur’ song ‘Judaai’.
The new song ‘Judaai’ from ‘Badlapur’ is out. It features Yami Gautam as Varun Dhawan’s wife. Played mostly in the flashback, the track provides us glimpses into the happy, married life of Varun’s Raghu.
He’s got a beautiful wife and a cute son. But all is lost to a demonic baddie, played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The movie is the tale of Raghu’s revenge from him. The song also shows a few shots of a tussle between Varun and Nawazuddin.
‘Judaai’ is a melancholic track sung beautifully by Arijit Singh and Rekha Bhardwaj. Music is by Sachin-Jigar and lyrics are by Dinesh Vijan and Priya Saraiya.
‘Badlapur’ is directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film will hit theatres on 20 February 2015.
