Earlier, item numbers in Bollywood movies were often performed by dancers of B grade films but now the item numbers have become the new trendsetters for the film industry and leading actresses have done item numbers for several big budget movies.
Dil Dhadkne Do was wrapped in September last year, and now the director feels that the movie should have a sizzling item number as they are major crowd pullers.
Infact Anushka is all confident and is exuded confidence that her item number song will be the number one song of 2015. Her all new avatar of an item girl is definitely going to be a grand addition to her kitty.
The upcoming film of Zoya Akhtar is a multi-starer including Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Anil Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in all the leading roles.
The film revolves around a dysfunctional Punjabi family who are on a cruise trip.
The movie is slated to release on June 5, 2015.
