New Delhi: According to the latest buzz in B-town, the much awaited Abhishey Chaubey’s directorial venture ‘Udta Punjab’ will mark the entry of Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Earlier, there were rumours that Pakistani actor Fawad Khan will be roped in after ‘Vicky Donor’ fame Ayushman Khurrana chose to opt out from the film.
The upcoming thriller movie ‘Udta Punjab’ is in buzz ever since the news came that the ex-couple of Bollywood Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor will be reuniting in the film
The movie’s starcast includes Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan .
Abhishey Chaubey’s film focuses on the increasing problem of drug abuse in Punjab. The upcoming thriller film will also have a drug mafia and the other four characters revolving around in the same frame.
Significantly, the movie will address the serious issue of drug trafficking in the state.
The trio of Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor will be seen together on the big screen for the very first time.
