Ranbir Kapoor’s forthcoming film Roy seems to have clicked all the right boxes in its first big pre-release promotion. The film’s new song, Yaara Re, released on Tuesday, is already topping playlists across genres.
Sung by KK, the song is a montage of sequences from the movie which also stars Jaqueline Fernandes and Arjun Rampal.
Shot in some of Malaysia’s most breathtaking locales, the video also teases a bit of the film’s storyline: the song has Jaqueline telling Arjun that she has moved past him (as a lover, probably) and asks him to stay out of her life. Both Jaqueline and Arjun look devastated in the scene.
