Mumbai: A few days ago, we revealed pictures of Shah Rukh Khan with his 3D printed statue. The Bollywood Badshah’s iconic ‘Baazigar’ pose has now been immortalised by this one of its kind 3D model.
Shah Rukh received this life sized metallic model as a birthday present from his Redcillies VFX team. Redchillies that is co-owned by Shah Rukh and wife Gauri, and is known to hit all the check marks in the tech department, decided to keep up with time and technology and came up with this idea.
Though the actor celebrated his birthday last year in November, he had his hands full with the promotions of his film ‘Happy New Year’ and wasn’t able to receive his gift on his birthday itself.
He said, “It’s the first 3D printed life-size model done by Redchillies. VFX and Autodesk team. It is overwhelming how technology has gone forward. I am grateful to be a part of this amazing technology.”
SRK is one of the few Bollywood stars who have wax figures by Madame Tussauds all over the world.
On the work front, the actor has begun filming for his next movie titled ‘FAN’ where he plays a crazy Shah Rukh fan. We wonder if this new statue will feature in the film.
