An industry source reveals, “The makers of the film are planning to release the film on December 2015, to mark the 25th anniversary of the movie’s release. And to celebrate the occasion in a grand way, they have been contemplating releasing it again. They will get out the clearer print of the film, which, in all likelihood, should release in December next year”.
In addition to releasing the film, they will also sell merchandise related to it. The film has now become a cult favourite and the makers are hoping that the fans will lap up the goodies. Right now on the handful people in Barjatya’s team are aware of this idea”.
