Trisha firmly believes that beauty should come from the inside to keep it long lasting. She says that she keeps everything natural, including her ageing signs. She avoids topical chemicals completely and trusts fresh fruits and vegetables. She loves to eat more vitamin-C food for healthy living and includes a bowl of oranges or other citrus fruits in her daily menu.
Trisha starts her day with a cup of green tea and avoids caffeinated beverages completely. She believes that drinking more and more water in regular intervals keeps the body in good condition and keeps the skin fresh looking. She never forgets her fluid intake such as pure water or fruit juices.
Trisha takes a heavy breakfast every morning, instead of keeping it light and says that it makes her feel full for longer time throughout the day. It keeps her active and satiated for long time and she avoids any munching in between the meals. She relies mostly on parathas, omelettes or yogurts in her breakfast.
Trisha says that she never curbs on her favorite foods but that she eats everything she likes in little quantities. Her favorite ones are seafood which she includes a lot in her diet.

She says that yoga keeps her mind calm throughout the day and that it is a simple technique to overcome stress and also to improve metabolism. She likes to do free hand exercises and cardio workouts.
She has set up a mini gym in her house and spends one and half hours daily on the workouts.
Trisha loves to spend even hours of time swimming whenever she finds leisure. She says that swimming regularly can keep the body toned.
