Rohit Sharma’s record ODI score of 264 at Eden Gardens on Thursday has got him praise from different corners of the social media. However, a unique praise came from his rumoured ex-girlfriend Sofia Hayat.
In a tweet posted along with her nude photograph, Sofia wrote, “Dedicating my nude shoot to Rohit Sharma for his historic score! Well done! This one is for you! Proud day for India!”
“Celebrating Rohit Sharmas record breaking score with my nude shoot! Rock on Sharma!” she also said, in a separate tweet.
However, this unique way of showing support is not new. Back in 2011, model Poonam Pandey had promised to strip for India, if the team won against Sri Lanka in World Cup finals.
And this madness is global. Paraguay’s Larissa Riquelme and Argentinian Luciane Salazar had earlier promised to strip if their football teams won the FIFA World Cup.
