Sandalwood star Ambareesh has been given many title by his fans. Titles like Rebel star, Mandyada Gandu, Karnatakada Karna are some of the most popular titles. It seems like the actor will add one more title to the list. The actor will be playing the role of ‘Nadaprabhu’ Kempegowda in his latest movie Ambareesha.
Challenging star Darshan is the lead role on the movie Ambareesha and the rebel star will be playing the character of Kempegowda in the movie. The first look of the actor in the movie was recently revealed. The movie’s plot revolved around the problem of Land Mafia. Darshan will be playing the role of a daily wage worker.
The director of the movie, Mahesh Sukadhare says that only Ambareesh could have played the role of Nadaprabhu Kempegowda to perfection. Even though the actor had fallen ill and was admitted in Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore, he did not remove the moustache he had grown for the role.
The movie will attempt to as show the Bangalore during the days of Kempegowda. To recreate the same old Bangalore, a lot of CGI has been used claims the director. The movie will be censored soon. In addition to Darshan and Ambareesh, the cast includes Priyamani and Rachita Ram. The movie will be released in November.
