Mangalore,March .18: KSHAMATA was established in the year 2011 for facilitating employability and entrepreneurship among the youth of the region. It has to its credit 15,000 man-days of training programme in the past five years.
It has been increasingly felt that graduates do pass out with good marks but find it hard to get suitable employment offers. Employers feel that graduates coming out of our education system are qualified but are not readily employable due to lack of job skills required to be productive in a work environment.
To bridge this gap, KSHAMATA introduces “KSHAMATA-UGetin” an intensive five days residential training for final year B.Com/B.Sc./B.A/B.C.A./B.B.M. students and fresh graduates towards enhancing their employability and providing them with placement opportunities. The Participants of this training will be exposed to critical skill gaps in them and made to quickly bridge with intensive interventions through professional mentoring and training.
“KSHAMATA- UGetin” is also a placement linked training programme with 100% ASSURANCE OF PLACEMENT for deserving students. Participants of the training would be interviewed and hired by FMCG companies for opportunities in sales, operations or office administration.
The programme will be completely FREE OF COST and open to all, irrespective of caste, religion or language. Students who are good in studies, hardworking, ready to move out of their home town and would want to join employment soon after their graduation on suitable salary will immensely benefit from this opportunity.
WAVEVRAION of this first batch of training in the series of camps planned in next two years would be held at 05.00 P.M. on Friday, 18th March, 2016 at World Konkani Centre, Shaktinagar. Mr Ulas Kamath, Joint Managing Director, Jyothy Laboratories Ltd would preside over the function.
