Mangalore, Oct.2: Catholic Sabha organized Swachatha Andolan rally from KPT circle to Kavooru on Wednesday Oct.2 on behalf of Gandhi Jayanti.
The MLA of Mangalore North ZoneVidhana Sabha, Moiddin Bava inaugurates the programme by playing the band. Including the principal and teachers of KPT, the officials from various institutions were participated in the rally.
The jatha was organized with the co operation of Mangalore City Corporation, Local corporate, Police department, MESCOM, Department of public instructor and other organization.
The rally was continued with the street play of the students. This gave awareness to the public about the deadly deceases like Dengue, Malaria, Faileria, Chicken Gunya which spreads by wastage.
Karnataka Polytechnic, ITI Western Institute, Ramashama School, Mount Carmel, Infant Jesus Schools, St. Lorence, M.G.C group of Schools, Government Women Polytechnic, Besant and other 40 institution take part in the rally.
