Mangalouru : Corporation Bank, as a part of Digital India Project carried out an e-Business awareness campaign on Saturday, 25th, July 2015 at Mangalore.
Shri B.K Srivastava, Executive Director, Corporation Bank launched the campaign at Forum Mall in Pandeshwar. Dr. Kurian Abraham, Deputy General Manager, Corporation Bank and Shri Pratap P V, CEO of MRL Merchant Services, provider of e-Business units were present at the launch.
The officers and staff members of the Bank along with MBA students of Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management visited various malls, commercial complexes and shops in the city and requested the business community to carry out business in a cashless manner. Shop owners were requested to encourage buyers to use debit or credit cards for payment.
The Bank is conducting a drive by promoting e-Business by providing POS terminals at concessional rates.
