Bidar: BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has termed the Congress manifesto a “deceit paper” and a repeat of the 2009 version.

Addressing an election rally here on Wednesday, the Gujarat chief minister said that the Congress had reneged on its promise of creating 10 crore jobs and the time had come to rid the country of Congress. Describing the 2014 elections as “historic,” Modi predicted that the Congress would not open its account in several states this time.
