SSLC exams from March 28

Bangalore, Nov 7, 2013, DHNS: The timetable for the SSLC examinations, 2014, has been announced with exams beginning from March 28. The exam will go on till April 9.

The First Language exam will be conducted on March 28 (9.30 am to 12.45 pm).

Mathematics and Indian Sociology (9.30 am – 12.45 pm) will be held on April 1 while Science, Indian Political Science and Civics (9.30 am to 12.45 pm) and Carnatak and Hindustani Sangeet (2 am – 5.15 pm) will be held on April 3.

The Third Language exam (9.30 am – 12.45 pm) will be held on April 4 whereas Social Science (9.30 am – 12.45 pm) and Second language (9.30 am – 12.45 pm) will be held on April 7 and 9, respectively.

Elements of Engineering (9.30 am – 12.15 pm), Engineering Drawing (2.00 pm – 5.15 pm), Elements of Electronics Engineering (9.30 am – 12.45 pm), Elements of Computer Science (09.30 am — 12.45 pm) and Indian Economics (9.30 am – 12.45 pm) will be held on March 29.

Additional 15 mins

Students will get additional 15 minutes at the beginning of each exam to read their question papers.

Subjects such as Elements of Engineering, Engineering Drawing, Elements of Electronic Engineering, and Elements of Computer Science (74) are only for junior technical school students.

Their practical exams and viva will be held on April 4. Visually challenged students and those with learning disabilities will also appear for the papers on Indian Economics, Indian Sociology, Indian Political Science and Civics and Carnatak and Hindustani Sangeet.
