Kundapur, September 9: Anushka shetty a Mangalore based renowned actress of Tamil and Telgu movies had visited the Kollur Mookambika Shrine on Tuesday afternoon, took the Darshan of the Godess and performed special pooja as well.
The long awaited Tamil movie “Linga” produced by Rockline Venkatesh , in which big budget super star Rajinikanth is acting have come to this area for the shooting of the movie and hence has visited the Sri Devi Mookambika shrine for the Darshan. Anushka Shetty is playing the role of Rajinikanth’s son’s wife (daughter-in law) in this movie.
Anushka Shetty was welcomed and honored by the temple authorities.
During this occasion,the president of the temple management committee krishasnaPrasad Adyantaya, executive LS. Maruti and others were present.
