Mangalore April 30: Pramukh Rai, an architect by profession, residing in Mannagudda close to the Central Warehouse on Tuesday afternoon received a threat phone call from person identifying himself as Dawood from overseas. The Barke police station have registered a complaint.
On Tuesday afternoon Pramukh Rai got a phone call between 12:29 and 12:33 pm from overseas on his mobile phone, the caller identified himself as Dawood. Speaking further the caller said that the financial deal with Mr. Gerald Crasta should be set right. Failing to do so we will kill you said the person.
The Barke police are wondering whether this could be a call from Dawood Ibrahim who is said to be in hiding or some person taking the name of Dawood giving cause for doubt.
