Udupi April 26: The national sevice scheme (NSS) and Youth Red Cross Wing of shri Madhwa vadiraja institute of Technology, in association with KMC Blood Bank Mnipal, JCI Moodubelle, Udupi have organized a mega biood donation camp in the college premises.
The principal, prof. Dr.Radhakrishna S.Aithal inaugurated the mega camp by donatig the blood. Shri Rathnakumar, Secretary, Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education trust, Dr Sudha Bhat, Director of KMC Blood Bank, Manipal, JC. Santhosh Kumar Moodubelle werw present on the occation.
The conveners of NSS and Youth Red Cross wing, Mr Prashanth M D, Prof. Adithya Kudva and prof. Ramamoorthy had coordinated this progremme. About 183 units of blood were volunteered from the students/ staff of SMVITM ana JCI Moodubelle members.
