Mangalore, Mar 27: International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR), working under the aegis of the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India and Mangalore Bar Association will organize seminar on‘Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)-Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation’ at the Court Complex on March 29 at 6.30 pm.
Speaking at the press meet held at District Court Office on March 27, Thursday, BV Prakash, Principal District and Sessions Judge and Member of ICADR said that Justice N Kumar, Judge of High Court of Karnataka and Executive Chairman of ICADR, Regional Centre, Bangalore will participate as the resource person and deliver talk on ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism’.
Mangalore District Bar association President Ashok Ariga will be the guest of honour and BV Prakash will preside over the event.
