Harsha also appreciated the concept of internal election which is one of the best steps introduced by the Congress party and AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi. This concept by the party has shown that it believes in true democracy.

Further the Internal election which has been introduced on an experimental run must include block office-bearers, and booth president and workers, who are the voters for the primaries.
