Mangalore, Feb 26: The members of Vishwa Hindu Parishat and Bhajrangdal staged a demonstration in front of DC Office in the city on February 25, Tuesday, against illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and urged the central government to take immediate measurers against them.
Addressing the protestors, VHP leader Jagadish Shenava said that Bangladeshi immigrants have been entering illegally into India from many years. This will be a threat to economic system and internal security of nation. They entered India through Assam and now are residing in various places of India. Hence they must be immediately deported.
He also said that government must respect the Supreme Court order regarding the deportation of the illegal immigrants from Bangladesh.
