Kundapur; Jan 20: In an incident a car rammed into cycle rider from behind on Jan 19,Sunday afternoon resulting severe injuries to cycle rider.
Suresh Achar, aged 49, tailor by profession was the unfortunate person to be injured. Severely injured Suresh Achar was admitted in Manipal hospital for treatment. But as he was failed to respond to the treatment, he was declared dead on Jan 20, Monday afternoon.
It was said that two days before, his daughter’s cycle was kept in Koteshwara cycle repairing shop for repair. On Jan 19, Sunday, while he was bringing cycle from the shop, near Koteshwara Village’s Ankadakatte Kalpatharu factory in service road, a car driven by Purushothama hit the cycle from behind. Seriously injured Suresh was shifted to Manipal hospital but as treatment was failed, he breathed his last, it says.
Confused poverty stricken family:
Since several years he has been doing tailoring job at home for the maintenance of his family. But due to his untimely death, members of his family plunged into utter chaos. Suresh has left behind his wife Bhagirathi,daugheters like Deeksha,studying in 9th standard,Naksha studying in 6th standard ,son Skanda,studying in fourth standard and his brothers and sisters.
