Mangalore, Jan.20: Yettinahole drinking water project and nethravathi division is are two separate projects. From this project in not any harm for Dakshina Kannada is clarified by union minister of petroleum and natural gas and forest and environment Dr. M Veerappa moily.
In the occasion of ettina hole shilanyasa he answered of journalists questions, the Nethravathi River Division project was proposed by Paramashivaia and no decision has been taken about that particular project. Yettinahole Project is concerned will not use water from river Nethravathi. The water from estuaries will be taken only for five months.annually. This will not harm for Dakshina Kannada.
For this project we have conceived numerous discussions and deliberations with peoples. Then chief ministers of Karnataka like B. S. Yedurappa, D. V. Sadananda Gowda and deputy Cheif Minister K. S. Ishwarappa have also participated in those meetings.
