Mangalore, Jan 14: Akhila Bharathiya Karmika Sene district president Sudatta Jain, said that he would contest as the independent candidate from the Mangalore constituency for the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
Addressing at the press meet held on January 14, Tuesday, he said that he would like to work towards eradicating corruption if elected as an independent candidate.
Speaking on AAP, Jain said that AAP is doing a good job, but we have worked in the district at the grass root level from long time and can serve the district better.
After serving the society for 14years as the social worker, now it is time to work more efficiently for the society with the political power, he said.
Dinesh JP Padukonaje from Moodabidri constituency, Harish Kumar Shetty from Bantwal constituency, Sadashiva from North Mangalore constituency, Jagadish Maroli from South Mangalore constituency, , H Ismail Shafi from Ullal constituency, Parshwanath Jain from Belthangady constituency were present at the press meet.
