Manipala; Jan 10: Manipal police have arrested the youth for uploading the obscene pictures in Face book, a social network.
The arrested youth has been identified as Muhammed Yasir (22).The accused has been produced before the court and court took him under judicial custody until Jan 22
It is said that the Udupi private degree college’s girl and resident of Manipal Laxmindranagara’s girl and Yasir were in love for the last ten months and two months before in Yasir’s house obscene pictures have been taken in different poses.Yasir has uploaded the obscene pictures in social network face book, through whatsapp in his mobile, it is alleged.
Besides Yasir was in love with Dubai’s Asha.When Asha did come to know about this matter, took all the obscene pictures from his whatsapp by hacking it in anger. Then she uploaded around 10 obscene pictures in Yasir’s facebook.During interrogation time Yasir has told this matter to police, said district police commissioner Dr.Boralingayya M.B.
Yasir after finishing his P.U.C, he was loitering without any work.Asha, originally from Mangalore has been living with her family members in Dubai for the last two years.Manipal’s girl didn’t tell that Yasir is blackmailing for money in her complaint. Besides these photos were taken with the consent of both. SP has clarified that these pictures were not taken forcefully or secretly.
Based on Manipal girl’s complaint against Yasir and Asha, a case was registered under IT law and investigation is in progress.
