Mangalore, Nov 25: Mushtaq, one of the two persons arrested by Bihar police in connection with illegal money, was produced before third JMFC court in Mangalore on Monday, November 25.
Mushtaq was arrested by Bihar police along with Mohammad Asif on Saturday, November 23 in Mangalore for their connection with Zubair and Aysha.
Another person, identified as Mohammed Asif (24), who completed his BBM degree last year, was also arrested on Saturday. He was produced in court earlier and given a transit warrant.
A medical report was submitted to the Judge Manjula Hundi by the family of Mushtaq stating he was suffering from cancer.
Mushtaq will be produced before court again on Tuesday, November 26 after undergoing medical examination.
