Mangalore, Nov.1: To mark the 58th Kannada Rajyotsava, DK district Kannada Sahitya Parishad and the district administration jointly organized a procession of Kannada Bhuvaneshwari from Ambedkar Circle Jyothi to the Nehru maidan on Friday Oct.1st.
Students of various schools from Mangalore participated in the procession. Number of vibrant tableaux, statues, depicted richness of Kannada language and culture of the land. Including the president of Kalkura Pratistana Pradeep Kumar Kalkura and other nobles were take part in the procession.
