Mangalore, Sep 25: The Konaje police arrested four persons for fired Narendra Modi banner near Mudipu, here on Tuesday September 24
The arrested people have been identified as Nawaz, Mohammed Azwin, Ziyad and Rahim, all residents of Mudipu.
On September 18, the accused set fire to the banner showing BJP’s PM candidate Modi. They also attacked on tempo driver and stopped a private bus and damaged its window panes.
Later the accused escaped to Kerala and then moved to Bangalore. On receiving information, police arrested them near Nandarapaddu when they were on the way back to Kerala.
