Manipal; Sept 23: The parents of students and Urja Sanghatane have jointly organized a protest in front of Manipal Madhava Kripa English medium school condemning the sexual exploitation on three year and 10 month old nursery girl student by bus conductors of the same school and demanded an immediate stringent punishment to the accused.
The protestors also alleged the school authorities that in spite of giving complaint on the incident, school management has allowed an opportunity to the accused to continue their duties and demanded a severe punishment to the accused and pressurized the school management for an explanation on this incident.
Protesters also alleged that we have also been hearing talk from here and there that there was a discussion is being taking place behind the screen on the incident between MLAs and SP to close the chapter.
But Pramodh Madhwaraj, MLA said in his address that it is unfortunate that this incident has taken place on 3 year and 10 month nursery girl student and I have already discussed with SP to take appropriate step to punish the culprits in nursery student’s rape case.
