Mangalore, August 24: District in charge minister B. Ramanatha Rai inaugurated BWF- toilet project, which is event by Abudabi Bearys Welfare Forum to help the economic backward people.
After the inauguration he said that through the word we can’t make the beautiful society, rather than necessary action must be taken. These kinds of programme are needed to empower the vulnerable group of the society.
On the occasion, he has given the Rs.7, 500 to 3 people from the 52 beneficiaries.
BWF secretary Abdulla Madumale said that the organisation started in the Abudabi in 8 years ago and under this project one beneficiary will get Rs.15, 000, he said.
Former minister B.A. Moideen presided over the function and MLA Mohiyuddin Bava, Beary Sahitya Parishat former president M.B Abdulk rehman, joint secretary Abdul hameed, treasurer Abdul majeed, Abdul razak, Najeer Ubar, Iqwan Hameed, Khasi Mohammad and Mohammad Badruddin were present.
