Mangaluru: City’s tallest skyscraper Planet SKS receives CRISIL seven-star rating

Karnataka state’s tallest skyscraper, luxury residential project promoted by SKS Netgate LLP ‘Planet SKS’ received CRISIL seven-star rating award in a grand function here at Planet SKS premises on Saturday, December 30.

Director of CRISIL Shri Sathish Ramchandani said, “It’s an honour for us to handover CRISIL seven-star rating to Planet SKS. CRISIL is the top credit rating organisation. The criteria we are looking for the rating is the project sponsor quality, the construction quality, legal documentation, innovation and this project has scored a high in all the criteria and only a few projects in the country have seven-star rating”.

Shri Ramchandani handed over the CRISIL seven-star certificate to Shri Shashi Kiran Shetty and Shri Sanath Kumar Shetty, Promoters of Planet SKS.

Speaking on the occasion Shri Anand Prakash said, “This project has legal quality, financial quality and innovative quality. Planet SKS has scored high in all departments and have safeguarded the investment of the customers and assured the value. This is the only project in the state to have CRISIL seven-star rating. I have witnessed from conception to completion and the concept was designed on not what people want but the way people deserved. Planet SKS is redefining luxury and lifestyle and this is the icon of luxury and impeccable quality provided to the customers,”

Principal Promoter of Planet SKS Shri Shashi Kiran Shetty said, “It is a great feeling to receive the award and get recognised. This was a dream and today the dream has come true not only for us but also for the residents of Planet SKS”.

The CRISIL seven-star rating is the latest of the awards received as recognition by Planet SKS. The last recognition was by Karnataka State Pollution Control Board – Best Green Initiative in Residential Apartment Sector 2017. This is in addition to many other recognitions and awards by national and international organisations.

Dr Aneesh Vidyashankar a renowned walking violinist put up a spectacular performance.

Padmashree awardee the bridge man of India Shri Girish Bharadwaj was felicitated.

Ms Shraddha Shetty compared the programme.

The guests of honour were Shri Mohammed Nazir, Commissioner, Mangaluru City Corporation; Shri Gokuldas Nayak, Joint Commissioner, Mangaluru City Corporation; Shri Ajay Kumar Anand, Regional Head of CRISIL and others were present.
