Mangalore, August 14: Regarding the assault case on Kuttethuru locals by the CISF soldiers, the CISF Chennai division chief commander expressed the regret and said that action will be taken as not to repeat the incident again and strict action will be taken against them.
He was speaking in the high officials and public meet, which is led by MLA B. A. Mohiyuddin at MRPL central office.
Before that locals staged a protest opposing the harassment of CISF soldiers at MRPL Kargoo gate and when MLA B. A. Mohiyuddin visited the spot locals submitted the memorandum to him. Afterwards, regarding the incident he spoke with MRPL officials and state home minister and they held a discussion.
MRPL has decided that the company will pay the expenditure of treatment and pay for damage. They also agreed to make other route for public, hence public agreed to take back the protest.

Ashok, MCC member Thilak Raj, Parhiba, Shridhar Shetty, Harish,Ullas R Shetty, Habeeb, Prashanth, Padmanabha, Deepak, Razak, ravi Poojari, Pradeep, Arun, Praveen,Thomas, Panambur ACP Ravi Kumar and additional commissioner Devraj were present.
