Mangaluru, June 19: The Union Government is ready to open Jan Aushadi centres to provide generic medicines in each district and taluk centres of the state, for this the state government should provide appropriate systems, said Minister Ananth Kumar.
He was speaking after felicitating MP Naleen Kumar Kateel at “Samsadarige Namana” program organized on Thursday, June 18th at TV Ramana Pai hall here to felicitate MP Nalin Kumar Kateel who has been coined as the No-1 MP in the state.
The Union government is ready to open Jan Aushadi centres to provide generic medicines in 30 districts and 175 taluk centres of the state. About 2.50 lakhs will be spent for each centre. The generic medicines will be made available at a discount of 60 percent. I have requested the Chief Minister and Health Minister of the state to provide appropriate space and other systems to set up this. The state government should immediately respond to this, he said.
Increase production at MCF:
We must concentrate on increasing the production in MCF to meet the demand. To set up another fertilizer factory in north Karnataka on 500 acres of land is needed. Once the state government provides the land, arrangements will be made for the foundation laying ceremony on the very next month, he said.
Minister Narendra Modi’s team India illusion aims at the welfare of the people, if 122 crore move forward, it means the entire nation has gone 122crore forward. Peace, development, citizens welfare is the aim of the Prime minster. In this view, the entire nation will be developed, he said.
Prime minister has already clarified that India will not tolerate terrorism. The Indian Army has given appropriate answer to terrorism.
The citizens have decided that MP Nalin Kumar Kateel is the No-1 MP of the state. The citizens starting from Bidar, Talapady, to Sullia, have identified the development works done by the MP, projects implemented in the state, attendance and after taking all these into consideration, they have judged this. This is proud news. The immense efforts of Nalin are an example to the country. Let him continue to work in this manner, he said.

Speaking after receiving the felicitation, Nalin thanked one and all and said, due to the support of all, he has reached this height.
In Dakshina Kannada there is no personal hate politics. I am here to run a simple smooth politics. In future I will work such that my works increases the pride of the district. I will keep it mind that the felicitation has rised responsibilities on my shoulder and I will discharge my future responsibilities utmost sincerely, he said.
Within a year, Rs 5 crores has been brought to the district for developmental works. I will try to get more projects for the district, he said.
Let him rise to No-1 in the country:
SCDC Bank president Dr Rajendra Kumar said, MP Nalin has been honoured with No-1MP in the state, hope in future he rises as the No-1 MP in the entire country.
By this feat, Nalin has proved that a common man is capable of bringing fame to the district and the state as well. In this view, we have all gathered here leaving behind all the differences in caste, religion, and party. Nalin has not forgotten his footsteps. Considering his achievements, the union government has to give him more responsibility, he said.
On this occasion, Chakravarthy Soolibele of Yuva Brigade spoke on the feats of Modi government. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 55 days of foreign tour has increased the credit of India and also drawn the attention of the world for investment here, he has given appropriate answers the border problem, and employed sincere officials. By giving appropriate answers to China, he has proved that India is also a strong nation.
He also enabled the 85% populace of the country to open their bank accounts. With a aim of constructing 30 km roads daily, out of 12 projects of total of 8000 km road construction, eight project works have already begun. Many more projects will get implemented in future.
The entire picture of India will get changed by the developmental works undertaken by Modi. To support such works, No-1 MP like Nalin Kumar Kateel are present, he said.
