Mangaluru, May 14: Tulu movie ‘Oriana Toonda Oriyagapuji’ will be released on May 15th announced the producer B Ashok Kumar in a press meet organized in Hotel Moti Mahal in the city on May 14th, Thursday.
In the first phase, the movie will be released in Central Talkies, Big Cinema, Cine Polis, PVR theatres in Mangaluru and Ashirwad theatre in Udupi on May 15th, informed Ashok Kumar in the press meet.
In the second phase the movie will be released in BC Road, Puttur, Belthangady, Kasargod, Moodbidri, Bengaluru, Membai and in Gulf countries, he said.
Tulu movie ‘Oriana Toonda Oriyagapuji’ produced under the banner of Shree Mangala Ganesh Combines is quite different from the movies which have already hit the screens. The movie comprises of comedy along with the real life incidents in its main story, said director Rajshekar.
Tue unique feature of the movie is that five languages are used in the movie. The comedy roles in Kannada, Tamil and Tulu are acted by renowned artists of Tulu and Kannada industry. Thrilling moments will be encountered in each instant, he said.
The movie is shot around Mangaluru and Kanjangad. Movie consists of six songs which are shot in scenic areas of Pilikula, Kanjangad, and Mangaluru. Fights by thriller Manju adds to the story, said A Ganghadar Shetty Alake.
Lead actor of the movie Arjun spoke on the speciality of the movie.
B Ashok Kunmar and A Gangadhar Shetty have produced the movie. Story-screen play- Script- song lyrics- tune combinations are done by A Gangadhar Shetty Alake.
Hero Arjun Kapikad, Heroin Prajwal Poovaiah, and Kannada film industry actors Rekha Das, Bhavya and Mitra Pramukha have acted in the main roles. Tulu theatre artists, Chetan Rai Mani, Aravind Bolar, Bhojraj Vamanjoor, Sundar Rai Mandara, Sai Krishna Kudla, A Gangadhar Shetty Alake, B Ashok Kumar, Nagesh Dambel, Lokesh Barke, and other artists have acted wonderfully in the movie.
The songs are directed by V Manohar and background music is given by Vijaya Bharati, background singers Rajesh Krishnan, Hemanth, Ajay Varier, Anuradha Bhat, dance choreographed by Madan Harini, Editing by B S Kemparaj, Photography by Nagesh Acharya, and Gowri Venkatesh.
The movie release ceremony will be held on May 15th, 2015 at 10 am at Central Theatre in the city.
