UDUPI: In the backdrop of BJP’s senior leader Lal Krishna Advani’s resignation from the national executive, the parliamentary board and the election committee on Monday, Pejavar Mutt seer Sri Vishvesha Theertha told reporters here that it is an internal issue of the BJP.
The seer however added he would meet Advani at Ganga Abhiyan programme scheduled to take place at Delhi on June 19 and would speak to him in this regard.
He opined it would have been better had the BJP patriarch paved the way for Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to lead the party in the upcoming Loksabha elections in 2014.
