Mangalore, June 7: It has been reported in the city that in one of the rarest of rarest cases, an auto driver died while on performing his duty due to cardiac arrest on June 7, Friday
The deceased has been identified as Suresh aged 43 and a resident of Jeppu.
As per the available sources, the deceased used to park his Auto at K S Road rickshaw stand.
It was on Friday, the fateful day of his death when he was passing through Venkataramana temple at Car Street in his auto, he suddenly developed a pain on his chest. He stopped his auto immediately for some relaxation but within a minute after he stopped his auto, he fell out of his auto and passed away. He sustained head injury due to the impact of the fall.
The people who were around rushed to him and also called the ambulance. However it was too late.
The body was shifted to Wenlock hospital. Bunder police arrived at the spot and registered a case in this regard.
