Mangalore, May 31:  Along with the beginning of new academic year 2013-14, government aided urva pompei higher secondary school also has arranged text books distribution programme as well.

Thereafter addressing the children he said in his speech that children should avail this beautiful opportunity and work hard to accomplish their vision .Also advised the students that through your hard work, dedication and determination, one can achieve the success and wished them a bright future.

Frank Hilary D’souza, principal welcomed the gathering, Smt.Savithri K, teacher conducted the programe and Girsh U G, teacher proposed the vote of thanks.

Teachers like Smt Icy Maria D’souz, Smt Leena Santhanez, Dinesh Shettigar and Harish Rai were present at the programme.

The government aided pompei higher secondary school has been conducting classes from 8th standard to 1oth standard, studying mostly poor students and this academic year around 170 pupils are studying.

Since this being a government aided school, books that school supposed to receive has been delayed and thus programme is being organized today, said Frank Hilary D’souza,principal.
